During the meeting, Parties discussed the activities of the Turkic Council, latest developments in the Turkic World, as well as preparations of the 8th Summit of the Turkic Council planned to be held in November 2021 in Istanbul.
Secretary General and Assistant of the President exchanged views on the short and long-term goals and perspectives of the Turkic World in numerous areas, including trade and economy, as well as current elaborations on the establishment of the Joint Investment and Development Fund aimed at supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and facilitating the implementation of various investment projects.
Assistant of the President Mr. Hajiev praised the latest achievements and works carried out by the Secretariat and expressed eagerness to support the activities and projects of the Turkic Council.
