First Deputy Foreign Minister informed Secretary General on the current political situation in and around Ukraine and expressed the readiness of Kiev to enhance cooperation with the Turkic Council Member States and the Organization itself in various areas of common interest.
Referring to the excellent bilateral relations between Ukraine and Turkic Council Member States Baghdad Amreyev stated that there is an important number of brotherly Turkic communities living in Ukraine and from this perspective Turkic Council could establish good working ties with Kiev.
In this vein, Secretary General informed the Ukrainian First Deputy Foreign Minister on the ongoing processes with regards to defining new forms of cooperation of the Organization with international partners.
Parties also exchanged views on number of issues on the regional and international agendas.
