During the meeting with the Acting President of TİKA Serkan Kayalar, Secretary General was briefed
about the projects and programs of TİKA all around the world and in the Turkic World. He also emphasized on the special importance accorded by Turkey to socioeconomic development of Turkic Speaking States.
In this respect, the Head of TİKA expressed its readiness to develop closer cooperation with the Turkic Council through special projects in particular with a view to increasing human capacity in the Member States.
Secretary General Amreyev have an overview about the Turkic Council activities , particularly in the field of trade and economy in line with the theme of the 7th Turkic Council Summit and shared his vision on the future mission and objectives of the Organization as well cooperation opportunities between the Turkic Council and TİKA. .
In this context, Parties exchanged views on possible means for strengthening cooperation between the two organizations in the areas of mutual interest and the potential fields where the two organizations can elaborate joint projects in 2020.
