Secretary General of Turkic Council H.E.Baghdad Amreyev attended a concert in Istanbul dedicated to 28th Anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 16 December 2019.  
Mayor of Istanbul Ekrem Imamoglu,Republican People's Party Chairman Kemal Kılıçlaroğlu, Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Ankara Abzal Saparbekulu as well as local authorities, city residents, representatives of the Kazakh diaspora, business communities, media and Kazakh mentors took part in the concert in Cemal Reşit Rey Concert Hall in Istanbul.
