The film marks the progress achieved over the 5 years through concrete activities and projects by the Turkic Council which constitutes one of the important symbols of unity and solidarity among the Turkic Speaking Countries.

The film contains images related to the establishment process, certain milestones of the Turkic Council and its Summits and corresponds to an important step in the institutionalization process of the Turkic Council.
