We are deeply saddened by the massive floods, which caused destruction in 12 regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In this time of grief, the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) expresses its solidarity with the brotherly people and the Government of Kazakhstan. 
We also highly appreciate the fraternal OTS countries for contributing humanitarian aid to the affected regions as well as providing moral support.
We strongly emphasize the importance and continuation of this kind of assistance demonstrating power of unity and collaboration in overcoming such challenges.
