Heads of the Councils of Judges of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Republic of Türkiye, Republic of Uzbekistan, Hungary, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, as well as Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States participated the meeting.
The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States, H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev delivered a speech during the meeting and mentioned that the meeting of the Judicial Councils will be beneficial to strengthen cooperation among the institutions and exchange views on practices in the relevant sphere. He also emphasized that regularity of the meetings of the Judicial Councils in terms of achieving concrete results is important.
Minister of Justice and President of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors of the Republic of Türkiye had a speech during the metting and gave information about activities of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors of Türkiye, as well as bilateral cooperation with the OTS countries in the judicial field. He also underlined the importance of the cooperation within the framework of the OTS.
The Participants from the Member and Observer States presented information about structures and activities of their Councils of Judges. They also stressed importance of the cooperation within the framework of the OTS.
