The Adviser of the Turkic Council Ambassador Halil Akıncı attended the 21st Education Program of Program of Young Diplomats organized by Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 10 April 2015 in Ankara. As a guest speaker, ambassador has given a lecture to the attendees about the relations of Turkey with the Central Asia and Caucasus. After answering the questions of the participants a short introductory film about the Turkic Council was presented at the end of the lecture.
