On behalf of the Turkic Council Secretariat and my own, I wish a speedy recovery to the wounded and extend my condolences to the relatives of those who lost their lives in a terrorist act that happened on 12 January 2016 in Istanbul.
I condemn all kinds of terrorism all over the world and hope that peace and tranquility will persist.
