The condolence message of the Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov:
On behalf of my own and on behalf of the Secretariat of the Turkic Council I wish a speedy recovery to the wounded and extend my condolences to the relatives of those who lost their lives in a terrorist act that happened on 10 October 2015 in the capital of the Republic of Turkey in Ankara.
I condemn all kinds of terrorism all over the world and hope that peace and tranquility will persist.
