On behalf of the Secretariat of the Turkic Council and my own, I wish a speedy recovery to the wounded and extend my condolences to the relatives of martyrs who lost their lives in a terrorist act that happened on 17 February 2016 in the capital of the Republic of Turkey in Ankara.
I condemn all kinds of terrorism all over the world and hope that peace and tranquility will persist.
