I believe that Your skillful guidance and able leadership help Kazakhstan further strengthening its leading role in the region and taking a well-deserved position in the international community by solidifying its statehood and ensuring social-economic progress.
We also deeply appreciate Your Excellency’s significant role in boosting the relations among the brotherly Turkic peoples and strengthening the institutional capacity of the Turkic Speaking States.
