The coordination meeting between Turkic Council and TurkPA on observation of early Presidential Elections of Azerbaijan was held on 5 April 2018 at the headquarters of TurkPA.
The meeting was headed by Secretary General of the TurkPA Altynbek Mamayusupov , Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ömer Kocaman and Ambassador Metin Kılıç.
The joint election observation activities were discussed and it was decided to make a joint statement to be issued by both organizations on monitoring of the early Presidential Election of Azerbaijan on 12 April 2018.
