Headed by Secretary General of the OTS H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, the delegation of Turkic Cooperation Organizations and Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan to Shusha met with the Governor of Bursa Mr. Yakup Canpolat on 8 December 2022 within the scope of Shusha Days.
Governor Mr. Yakup Canpolat thanked the Secretary General and the delegation for their kind visit and referred to the successful period, achievements and outcomes of Bursa’s period as the Cultural Capital of the Turkic World and wished Shusha every success and good luck in 2023.
Secretary General Kubanychbek Omuraliev thanked and congratulated the Governor for hosting such a fruitful term as Cultural Capital. He also stated his firm belief that Shusha will hold a very prosperous term by taking inspiration from this success of Bursa.
