The delegation of the Turkic Council headed by the Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov paid a courtesy visit to the ambassador of Azerbaijan in Astana Rashad Mammadov.
Secretary General Hasanov informed Ambassador Mammadov about the ongoing activities of the Turkic Council and projects currently implemented by the organization.
Secretary General Hasanov conveyed printed materials to the library of Embassy.
Ambassador Mammadov thanked Secretary General for sharing information about the Turkic Council and briefed about the projects conducted with regards to the Turkic Academy, Turkic Culture and Heritage Fund in Astana.
He also took the personnel of the Secretariat to a familiarization tour of the newly built Embassy premises.
During the meeting it was agreed that the Turkic Council and the Embassy will jointly collaborate in presenting Turkic Council Modern Silk Road Package in Astana on 28 June 2017.
Secretary General was accompanied by Project Directors of the Turkic Council Assan Mazhitov, Ali Çiviler, Farid Damirli, Chief of Protocol Emre Yurdakul and Deputy Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs Araz Salmanov.
