On 29 July 2024, the Deputy Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) Sadi Jafarov participated and delivered a speech at the Opening Ceremony of the International Summer School «A New Era for the Turkic World», organized and hosted by Ibn Haldun University.

During his speech, the Deputy Secretary General informed on the directions of the activities of the OTS in the field of Education, Youth and Sports, as well as underlined the initiatives and projects organized in cooperation with the University, aimed at developing and strengthening the Turkic unity.
