The Extraordinary Meeting of the OTS Council of Foreign Ministers convened in Ankara
Hosted by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye H.E. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu and chaired by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan H.E. Bahtiyar Saidov, the Extraordinary Meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Turkic States was held in Ankara on 16 March 2023. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan H.E. Jeyhun Bayramov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan H.E. Ceenbek Kulubayev, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan H.E. Kayrat Umarov, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary H.E. Peter Szijjarto, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) H.E Tahsin Ertuğruloğlu, Turkmenistan's Consul General to Istanbul H.E. Myratgeldi Seyitmammedov and OTS Secretary General H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev participated in the Meeting.

The Foreign Ministers carried out the final work on the agenda items to be discussed by the Heads of State at the Extraordinary Summit.
