The Final Declaration of the 2nd Meeting of the Presidents of the Councils of Judges of the Member and Observer States of the Organization of Turkic States was signed on 23 May 2024 in Istanbul.

The Declaration was signed by the Chairman of the Judicial-Legal Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan H.E. Inam Karimov, President of the High Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan H.E. Denis Shipp, President of the Council of Judges of the Kyrgyz Republic H.E. Kydyk Djunushpaev, Acting President of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors of the Republic of Türkiye H.E. Mehmet Akif Ekinci, President of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan H.E. Kholmumin Yodgorov and Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States H.E. Kubanychbek Omuraliev.

According to the Final Declaration the 3rd Meeting of the Councils of Judges will be held in 2025 in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
