The flags at the Secretariat of the Turkic Council are lowered to half-staff on July 13, 2020, for mourning for victims of coronavirus in Kazakhstan.
In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on declaration of 13 July as the National Day of Mourning to honor the memory of Kazakh citizens, who died of coronavirus, the Secretariat of the Turkic Council expresses on behalf of the Member States, its deep condolences to the people of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the founding member of our Organization.
In this regard, the flags of the Member States of the Council were lowered to half-staff in the building of the Secretariat of the Turkic Council in Istanbul.
The Turkic States wish the brotherly Kazakhstan a speedy recovery from this epidemic, the revival of economic and social strength of the country and express their full support to this end.
