The flags of the Secretariat of the Turkic Council were lowered to half-staff:
“29 June 2016” was declared as a day of mourning by the Government of the Republic of Turkey due to the terrorist attack taken place on 28 June 2016 at Istanbul Ataturk Airport.
The Turkic Council, as always, shares its solidarity with Turkey on this painful day, and as a result, lowered the flags of the Member States and Secretariat that are found at its premises to half-staff.
