June 9, 2016 has been declared as a national day of mourning with the instruction of President Nursultan Nazarbayev for those who lost their lives in the terrorist attacks happened on June 5, 2016 in Aktobe, Kazakhstan.
Today, the flags were lowered to half staff as a sign of mourning at the Turkic Council Secretariat for those who lost their lives in the terrorist attacks happened both in Kazakhstan and Turkey and the martyrs were commemorated with respect.
