The Host Country Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Secretariat of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States regarding the Secretariat of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States signed by Foreign Minister of Turkey Ahmet Davutoglu and Secretary General of the Turkic Council Halil Akinci on December 27, 2011 entered into force on July 6, 2012.
