During the Conference, Adviser to the First President Republic of Kazakhstan A. Tursynov stressed the book presented today is a very large and unique publication in terms of content and subject matter. The collection includes fundamental articles and official speeches of the founder of Kazakhstan's state independence, a prominent politician Nursultan Nazarbayev, as well as important speeches in the Turkic Council.
