I would like to congratulate His Excellency Elbashi Nursultan Nazarbayev with his 75th anniversary.
The name of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan had already mingled with the stream of the Turkic history. The backing of Nursultan Nazarbayev in the establishment of the Turkic Council and the role of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in bringing the relations of the Turkic States to a completely new level of cooperation is above reproach.
On this occasion on behalf of the Secretariat of the Turkic Council and on the behalf of my own, I would like to convey congratulations to the Aksakal of the Turkic World and wish peace and prosperity to the Kazakh people.
