On behalf of the Secretariat of the Turkic Council and my own I want to present my sincere congratulations on the occasion of the 23rd anniversary of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Besides this, I want to congratulate the defenders of motherland and particularly the Command of the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan, who have been protecting the borders of Kazakhstan and the integrity of the country ready to fearlessly sacrifice their lives for the sake of their nation and for the sake of humanity. And on this especial day I wish peace, prosperity and peace to all Kazakh people.
