The Secretariat of the Turkic Council welcomes the decision of Azerbaijan to abolish visa requirements for Turkish citizens, which will be effective as of 1 September 2019.
The facilitation of visa regime between Azerbaijan and Turkey will serve as the anchor point drawing the two brotherly countries closer together by boosting bilateral trade, stimulating tourism growth and ensuring the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in both countries.
