On behalf of the Cooperation Council of the Turkic-speaking States (Turkic Council) and on my own, I have the honor to extend my sincere congratulations to You on the occasion of Your Birthday anniversary.
The history of independence of Kazakhstan is undeniably tied with your name. As the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Leader of the Nation (Elbasy), with your wise, constructive and farsighted policy have managed to ensure the peaceful formation and strengthening of Kazakhstani statehood and its sovereignty under difficult historical circumstances.
All thanks to Your Highness, Kazakhstan has matured as a succesfull State, has achieved effective high socio-economic growth and gained credibility on the international stage.
As an person who has initiated the idea of establihsment the Turkic Council, You have a enormous role in further development of the organization. Since 1992 you have participated in all 15 summits of the heads of the Turkic states and played a leading role in the implementation of many projects of the Turkic Council.
The unanimous decision of all the leaders of the Member States of the Turkic Council to confer upon You Excellency the high status of Lifetime Honorary Chairman of the Turkic Council, once again proves that the Turkic World greatly appreciates your outstanding contributions to the development of the Turkic world.
