Aiming at enhancing the cooperation and coordination between the Member States, the Secretariat, which continues its activities since 2010, has compiled and published “Official Documents Book” including all official documents since the establishment of the Turkic Council.
The book, which was published as a result of strenuous efforts in five languages including English and the languages of the Member States, together with the Nakhchivan Agreement binding the establishment of the Turkic Council includes all Summit Declarations, the Staff Regulation, the Agreement on Financial Rules, the Host Country Agreement and all basic documents of all organizations established since the Secretariat started its activities.
The book, distributed to the organizations cooperating with the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Embassies and Consulates General of the Member States, as well as TÜRKPA, TÜRKSOY and other affiliated organizations such as Turkic Academy, aims to keep ready and bring together official documents when needed.
The Turkic Council Secretariat presents thanks to Emre Yurdakul, Chief of Protocol and Spokesman of Organization, Sedat Sever, Finance and Administration Manager, and Research Experts Burcu Korkmaz and Dastan Almen for their contributions to the book.
