The Opening Ceremony of the Turkic Council International Youth Camp was held on 20 August 2015 in Trabzon
The opening ceremony of the Turkic Council International Youth Camp, organized under the coordination of the Turkic Council Project Director Ali Çiviler, was held on 20 August 2015 in Trabzon.
The Trabzon Düzköy Governor Hüseyin Baş, the Department Head of the Youth Services General Directorate of the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Turkey Ahmet Uzak, the Director of Youth Services and Sport of Trabzon Cemalettin Yazıcı, as well as the Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council Abzal Saparbekuly participated in the opening ceremony of the said camp.
The youngsters staged concert and demonstrations of folk dancing at the opening ceremony which involved a wide participation of camp guests.
The camp hosted by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Turkey continued with local trips, cultural and sports activities, as well as thematic debates.
