The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev received the Ambassador of Montenegro to the Republic of Türkiye H.E. Periša Kastratović and the Consul General of Montenegro to Istanbul H.E. Branislav Karadžić at the premises of the OTS Secretariat in Istanbul on 1 December 2023.
At the meeting, the Parties discussed the activities and cooperation areas of the OTS, outcomes of the Astana Summit held on 3 November 2023, as well as the increasing role of the OTS in the international arena.  
Parties exchanged views about avenues of cooperation between Montenegro and the Organization in the upcoming period.
