The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev received H.E. Hasan Hasanov, representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the OTS Council of Elders (Aksakals) at the premises of the Secretariat on 15 May 2023 in Istanbul.
