The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev received the Consul General of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Istanbul Narmina Mustafayeva on 19 July 2023 at the OTS Premises in Istanbul.
