The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev received the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Ankara, H.E. Aleksey Yerhov at the premises of the OTS Secretariat in Istanbul on 16 September 2023.
At the meeting, Ambassador Yerhov briefed Secretary General Omuraliev on the current state of Russia’s bilateral relations with OTS Member States and Observers.
The parties also discussed topics of mutual concern.
