The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev received the Rector of the Galatasaray University Prof. Dr. Abdurrahman Muhammed Uludağ on 12 September 2023 at the OTS Secretariat.

During the visit, the Secretary General and the Rector discussed the issue of expanding cooperation in the field of education.

The Parties also emphasized the strengthening collaboration among the Turkic countries and increasing the number of projects and programs within the framework of the Orkhun Exchange Program of the Turkic Universities Union.
