The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev received the Rector of Ibn Haldun University Atilla Arkan at the Headquarters of the OTS in Istanbul.

The Rector of Ibn Haldun University Mr. Arkan stated their desire to increase Ibn Haldun Universirty’s contribtion into education and research activites within the Turkic world and enhance their partnerships with the member and observer states of the OTS.

During the courtesy visit, the parties exchanged views on possible joint activities.
