The OTS Secretary General Baghdad Amreyev was awarded by The International Organization of Turkic Culture TURKSOY- a Gold Medal of TURKSOY for his outstanding contribution to the development of the Turkic World.
This Medal which is the highest level and most prestigious medal of the Organization and is awarded to the well-known politicians, turkologists, writers, poets, conductors and scientists who have made significant contributions to the Turkic World was presented to the Secretary General B. Amreyev by the Secretary General of TURKSOY Sultanbay Rayev the at the OTS office in Istanbul on September 23, 2022,
B Amreyev and S. Rayev had also discussions on wide range of topics of the Turkic cooperation focusing on the agenda of the upcoming Summit of the OTS scheduled to be held on 11 November 2022 in Samarkand as well as joint events planned for 2022-2023.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Secretaries General Arslan Koichiev and Mirvokhid Azimov.
