The presentation of the 100-volume series of books “Pearls of Turkic Literature” and the Opening Ceremony of the library were held at the Secretariat of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) on 28 December 2023 in Istanbul.
H.E. Kubanychbek Omuraliev, the Secretary General of the OTS, and H.E. Hayriddin Sultanov, the Adviser and Speechwriter of the President of Republic of Uzbekistan, made opening speeches during the ceremony.
In his speech, H.E.Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, emphasized the importance of the initiatives of H.E. Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, directed at strengthening of the Turkic unity, preservation of the history and cultural heritage of the Turkic peoples, and expressed his gratitude to H.E. Hayriddin Sultanov for the preparation and presentation of the 100-volume series of books “Pearls of Turkic Literature”.
He also highlighted that transfer of these books to the library of the OTS Secretariat will bring the opportunity for the visitors to get acquainted with this volume directed at the promotion of the great Turkic heritage.
