Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev met with the President of the Human Resources Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Dr. Salim Atay on 20 January 2023 at the premises of the OTS Secretariat in Istanbul.
At the meeting, President Atay gave an overview of the bilateral and multilateral activities that have been carried out in the field of “human resources management” among the OTS member and observer countries and hoped that the relations in this field would be further strengthened in the upcoming period.
Secretary General Omuraliev stressed that the Organization attaches utmost importance to human resources management as a strategic component for the development of Turkic States and the OTS will continue to support the fruitful cooperation in this field in the coming years.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on future programs and projects that will further strengthen human resources management capacities and institutional infrastructure in the OTS countries.
