The Project Director of the Turkic Council Pelin Musabay Baki paid a visit to the Center for Strategic Research of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey (SAM) on the account of the report to be jointly published soon by the SAM, Center for Eurasian Studies (AVİM) and the Turkic Council. During the visit held on 29 April 2015 the Project Director Baki met with Vice Head of Department Ümit Alpaslan Kılıç and Attaché Ozan Kılıç. The parties discussed developments related to the Memorandum of Understanding to be signed by the Presidents of Strategic Research Institutes of the Turkic Council Member States at the meeting to be hosted by Center for Strategic Research of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan at Baku on 8 May 2015.
