The Meeting was opened by statements of the Heads of Delegations of the Member States and Deputy Secretary General of the Turkic Council Dr. Ömer Kocaman.
Following the opening session delegations were divided into four Sub Working Groups namely: cyber security, TASIM project and fiber infrastructure, satellite services and e-government. The Sub Group was followed by wrap up session where issues related to said projects have been discussed by the Member States and concrete proposals were suggested. All suggestions were reflected in the Protocol of the Meeting which was adopted by all Parties.
In conclusion representative of TURKPA delivered his presentation on social media and this was followed by Q&A.
