The Deputy Secretary General Dr. Ömer Kocaman on behalf of the Turkic Council came together with the staff of the İBB Department of Foreign Affairs in the framework "International and Regional Organizations" training program organized by the said Department. At the meeting he gave comprehensive information to the listeners about the Turkic Council and its activities.
