The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States, Baghdad Amreyev received Duysen Kasseinov at the Headquarter of the Organization in Istanbul on 16 May 2022, who recently handed over his post as the Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY).
B.Amreyev presented to D.Kasseinov, “Certificate of Appreciation” on behalf of the Organization of Turkic States in recognition of his outstanding services for the preservation and worldwide promotion of the cultural and historical heritage of Turkic peoples.
Secretary General Amreyev stated that as a talented musician, artist, diplomat, professor and former Minister of Culture and now former Secretary General of TURKSOY, Mr. Kasseinov will always be acknowledged with gratitude for his devoted and valuable services to the culture and art of the Turkic world and conveyed his appreciation to Mr. Kasseinov, who achieved the gratitude and respect of everyone with his successful undertakings and wise personality.
Duysen Kasseinov expressed his gratitude to Secretary General B.Amreyev for awarding him with the Certificate of Appreciation of the Organization of Turkic States and expressed his pride and pleasure with the productive and concrete work of the Organization of Turkic States under the leadership of Secretary General Amreyev, and wished him continued success.
