Within the 7th Meeting of the Ministers in charge of youth and sports of the Organization of Turkic States held on 9 November 2023 in Basgal,  Azerbaijan, H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States held bilateral meetings with H.E. Farid Gayibov, Minister of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Azerbaijan, H.E. Osman Aşkın Bak, Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Türkiye, as well as H.E. Adkham Ikramov,  Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
During the meetings the Parties discussed the subjects on the current agenda in the field of youth and sports, and exchanged views on expanding cooperation in the relevant area.
