The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev received the Rector of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan on 6 December 2022 at the OTS Secretariat.
The Rector Alparslan Ceylan congratulated H.E. Kubanychbek Omuraliev for his appointment to the post of the Secretary General of the Organization by the Heads of State and wished him success during his term in office.
The Secretary General thanked the Rector for his warm wishes and appreciated the active leadership role of Manas University in coordinating the projects of the “Orkhun Exchange Program” of the OTS.
The Parties discussed the issue of expanding cooperation in the field of education, outcomes of the 6th General Assembly of the TÜRKÜNİB and involvement of higher educational institutions of the Turkic states in “Digital Citizenship of the Turkic World” project, which is being successfully implemented at the Manas University.
