    H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) met with H.E. Ayhan Tuğlu, the Head of Presidential Library of the Republic of Türkiye on 9 February 2024 at the premises of the OTS Secretariat in Istanbul.
