H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) met with one of the most prominent scientists of the Turkic World Prof. Temur Kocaoğlu on 2 February 2024 at the premises of the OTS Secretariat in Istanbul.
 The Parties discussed issues on actively involvement of the representatives of the academic circles of the Member States in the activities of the Organization.
The Secretary General briefed Prof. Temur Koca Oglu on scheduled scientific projects and conferences within the framework of the OTS.
