The Secreraty General of the Organization of the Turkic States (OTS) H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev met with the Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) H.E. Asaf Hajiyev on 25 August 2023 at the OTS Headquarters.
During the meeting, The Secretary General Kubanychbek Omuraliev gave a brief the Secretary General Asaf Hajiyev on the Secretariat of the OTS. The Secretary General Asaf Hajiyev informed The Secretary General Kubanychbek Omraliev about PABSEC, as well as the activities of the PABSEC.
