The Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov attended the commemoration ceremony on the occasion of the 92nd anniversary of the birth of the Great Leader Haydar Aliyev.
The Ceremony taking place on 10th of May 2015 at the Sarıyer Haydar Alieyev Park began with laying of flowers and continued with speeches after the performance of the National Anthems of the Republic of Azerbaycan and the Republic of Turkey.
In his speech at the ceremony the Secretary General, emphasizing the role the Great Leader played for the development of modern the Republic of Azerbaycan, has told the attendees that the significance of Haydar Aliyev is related not only to Azerbaycan and the Turkic World, but to the whole world.
Participants to the ceremony hosted by Consul General of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ambassador Hasan Sultanoğlu Zeynalov included the Deputies of the Republic of Azerbaycan, Consuls General of the Turkic Republics, and Consuls of General from other various countries, the Mayor of Sarıyer, as well as several Turkish busınessmen and citizens.
The Secretary General Hasanov was accompanied by the Project Directors Zamin Aliyev and Farid Damirli, as well as the Chief of Protocol Emre Yurdakul.
