On 9 June 2015 upon the invitation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) the Secretary General of the Turkic Council Ambassador Ramil Hasanov participated at the 45th session of the General Assembly of the PABSEC.

 

Andrian Candu, the speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, opened the session with the welcoming speech. Following the opening session the floor was given to the guest speakers, where Ambassador Hasanov delivered his statement. In his speech, the Secretary General elaborated on the activities of the Turkic Council and the projects being implemented within the framework of the organization. Furthermore, he informed the participants about the importance of collaboration between international organizations emphasizing that activities of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) in economic sphere also coincide with the economic activities of the Turkic Council. 

 

During the meeting Ambassador Hasanov held meetings with delegations of Azerbaijan and Turkey, and met with the Secretary General of the BSEC Dr. Victor Tvircun.

 

The Project Director of the Turkic Council Farid Damirli accompanied the Secretary General at the said meeting.
