His Excellency,
I was very pleased to receive the news of your convincing victory in the Presidential Election of the Kyrgyz Republic.
I sincerely congratulate you, as the newly elected President of the brotherly Kyrgyz Republic.
I warmly remember our meeting with you in the first days after the political events in the country in November last year and detailed discussions we had on preserving the political stability and the rule of law in Kyrgyzstan.
We sincerely hope that you, as the newly elected President of the Kyrgyz Republic, will succeed in fulfillment of this proud mission with high honor and dignity. We wish the Kyrgyz people, as one of the treasured part of the Turkic world, peace, unity, harmony and tranquility.
We believe that Kyrgyzstan will strengthen its traditional ties with the Turkic States and take a confident step into bright future.
